FORZA. Fantastic for Fantasy or Reality

By far one of the best Ferrari magazines on the market. Whether you are an enthusiast, or a seasoned collector, this magazine is fantastic. I started by purchasing issue # 1, when I was just dreaming about owning a car. First article was wonderful and described how a person on a decent living could purchase a 308. Even now, after owning several cars, traveling, and hosting Ferrari events, this is my favorite magazine. Photos and articles are wonderful. Very interesting and does not bore you as other magasines do. Simply the best. Saw one or two negative reviews that are ill-informed at best and contrived at worst. I have every issue since the begining of this magazine and cannot wait for the next issue to arrive. Bravo!!!

Top Mag for Ferrari
Was given a subscription to this mag for Christmas by my kids, since I own a 550 Maranello, and have found it far superior to the "Club" mags of similar ilk. There's actual content here, not just pages of ads and updates about what each of the club chapters did last month (zzzzzzzzz). I dropped my memberships to the various Ferrari clubs, but I'll be renewing this mag.

To the subscriber who hasn't received his first mag yet: just be patient - there are only 8 per year, so it's not a monthly thing. I think my first issue after the Christmas subscription arrived in February?

To the person looking for objectivity: This is a magazine written by & for Ferrari enthusiasts, not an objective review of Ferrari models. Ferrari enthusiasts and owners tend to be a bit blind to all the warts and shortcomings of our cars, so if you're looking for objectivity, you may be reading the wrong mag.

I read a quantity of automotive magazines. I have been driving, modifying, and enjoying Porsches since the late 60s.

If your interests lie in Porsche-land, the hands down best magazine is "excellence". From the early days when it was called "Porsche" [PCNA didn't like that and forced a name change], through the latest issue, "excellence" has always had the best, most original reading on the planet.

Sure, sometimes they have inaccurate technical information and incorrect specifications. Sometimes their writers and editors have missed the enthusiast's point. BUT, nothing else even comes close for issue after issue of superior reading enjoyment.

All I can say is keep them coming!

I thought it worthwhile to add that any issues I have had with excellence magazine as I noted previously..in terms of their tech info. They were actually small nitpicks and they remain WORLD'S ahead of their competition. No one else is close. It seems...
Excellence was expected

Great magazine with minimum fluff for advertisements. Good technical articles and an interesting mix of street and track and restoration. Nice to see original articles and columns not recyclyed stuff like I used to see in R & T and Car & Driver before I cancelled them.
If you are an enthusiast then this magazine will be your first read ...even before pano.

Must Read

This is a great magazine for both owners and fans of Porsche. Bruce Anderson's columns alone are a good enough reason to purhcase it. The mix of topics makes it a magazine for everyone; from reviews of the latest and greatest to articles on older Porsches which well within the reach of any enthusiast. I have subscribed for many years and can't conceive of it not arriving in my mailbox.
The market section and owner reports make it invaluable for someone looking to purchase a Porsche (no one would sell one would they?), I have been trying hard not to to use excellent or excellence in this description, but quite frankly it is an excellent magazine!

If you are looking for a magazine about your Corvette, then I recommened this magazine. Much better that most on the market today. It is not inexpensive in today's magazine prices however well worth the price.Up to date mechanical information, great photos and several interesting articles in each edition. The ads I also find helpful in findng Corvett parts. I just renewed for a second year.
